Ritmo suction

been thinking can I use hose connected to outdoor tap, connected to pump for Ritmo to keep the water pressure off the pump at Ritmo end, instead of a big water butt or can I use a suction hose ? On a smaller bucket say 100 litres butt.
Also anyone know how much the suction hose is ?

You will be ok from the mains if the water pressure is good.

Just need to bear in mind you still need good pressure if someone flushes the toilet or runs a tap.

Better using a butt. Less chance of problems

use the hose direct if u have about 5 bar. if u want to suck water from the tap u need a propper suction hose about 3 mts

Can u put that in to a bucket of water or the top of a butt and suck the water out.
