Rough idea on sqm's

Hello, nice forum. Need a bit of help if poss...

Can you tell me the rough exterior square metreage of a 3 bed semi? I know they are all different but just need an approximte figure.

If i helps, these 3 bed semi's are very popular in kingston upon and the surrounding areas.

They look a bit like this.

yeh i'd say 3000 maybe a tad more but sometimes its safer to err on the side of caution :)

This has got to be a winde up!

how can the exterior rendered area of a 3 bed semi be 3000 sqm's!

isnt that like saying each side is about 31m x 31m?

Thats the rough calculation i reached. Was starting to think that either i couldnt calcuate or the forum users were mental.

Is that taking out about 1 sqm for every door and window?

Just trying to see what a sqm price would be for 2 coat render including inc labour and materials. Breaking down the total price of my previous rendering jobs i'd say its about £30 per sqm NOT including the scaffolding and skip. Scaffolding usually works out about £300 a side and another £180 for a skip skip. Obviousy hacking off original render is extra.

does this sound about right to you guys?

How the hell did you arrive at these figures even if you accidently added an etxra nought on the end you still would of been way out, I can only think you were joking surely no one could be that stupid
 
and i cant believe you two think theres a small chance it is 3000sqm
