Im going to be plastering a few rooms in my house soon after doing a plstering course. I gave already done a wall with good results and just used my trowel to go up to the ceiling and feather it in. A freind of mine says to railways use scrim tape? I know what it is but would you agree. When I did the course we were taught by an old fashioned type of guy who seemed to like all ol school ways of doing things and just taught us his way....no mention of scrim tape. Do you.recommend I start using it, or.stick with his way of feathering? Cheers
