sds drill bit/knocking off plaster!

Eyup Chaps...

Got a few walls to knock back to brick tomorrow before dotting with boards etc...

Usualy use a tile remover/plaster remover 70mm angled crank sds drill bit enables you to cleanley take off plaster without banging hell out of brickwork etc...

Anyhow needed to get a new drill bit and only had a 20mm flat end in wickes so just grabbed that...do u recon will be any good? or do u think I need to go and try and get another big angled spade end in the morning...

Obviously got the old big spade/lump hammer and chisel as back up in van just prefer to make life easy where I can.

I think its just old gypsum....got about 40m2 to knock off at a rough guess

Should be fine. Its best to keep a few different bit if you can to suit different plasters.

If it comes away easy enough mate then a floor scraper will nail it quick as, if its on good then can you not board over it.
