Just completed my second spray job and just a few things does anyone else get this or am I doing something wrong.lets just say if I stop spraying and put my gun down if the machine turns over whilst I'm ruling up etc then I don't just get a little run from the end of the gun but an absolute shite load comes flowing out.is this the same with all guns cos it just makes thing really messy and one of my top hates is working messy just makes you look s**t in my opinion I know it's a messy job but I'm sure you more experienced guys have some sort of solution for this without sounding like a **** the spray guns with the shut off valve will cure this or not ?if so Blones send me one lol.(you need to send me an invoice for the tape as well that you sent up with the power lead).and I'm also only showing 8 bar when I'm spraying as a posed to nearly 15 when I done my first job is this a new rotor stator having to be ordered? My material hose has gone all lose at the fitting when fitted to the machine it has a lot of play in it was or is there a seal in there that I have lost as Iv put one in not a prefect fit but the fitting is harder and no movement or play at all with it in!!....come on Ian I'm sure you can tell me what I need I have to put it on here as when you phone me I can't understand that strong Scottish ascent..lol

There is a seal that goes in the outlet where you put the mortor hose
It's a new rotor stator on it. If it holds 6-8 bar on a pump test you're good. Iff the mix was good going on the wall don't worry if pressure gauge showed 8 bar
You will get material dribbling out you just need to develop a teqnique of getting as much on the wall as possible. Have a bucket with you to let the surplus run into. It can't be that much u only got 15 mts of hose on
Gimme a ring brother I'm there to help

Yes I like to use a shut off valve but I've been told that with electric machines you have to be careful that it doesn't back fill ,a shut of valve keeps thing a lot cleaner but once you have closed your air let it run for a few seconds before you close your material valve I let it run on the wall in a snake fashion and then close it,but always open and close the air first ,so air first them material, well that's the way I do it but you will find your own routine .And in the female end of your hoses always make sure you have the rubber washer in the end ,sometimes they can come out when you wash your balls through,so be careful

furk me are u sure u turned it off, its an eyeful of gear. Problem with the valve is when u forget to open it again.

guns with shut off valves dont back up electric machine they do the same thing they do with diesel machines. the big problem with these guns is remembering to open the shut off valve that why we promote our gun with the ballon in it if you want a shut off gun this gun is much safer .

Just chuck a medium gorilla at the end of the lift where your going to end up spraying. Bit of a phallic wiggle on the wall at end then rest it over the tub. You use this gear at the end for reveals, beading or dubbing for next spray etc.

same as us,open the air up first.
but as you say the amount of seals that we loose when washing through.

I know need to have lots of them the worst thing is when it's your last one lol
and yesvu do need to remember to open your valve but come on now how can u forget it's a natural movement air then material
