I know this isn't the doctors — please doctor doctor, has anyone ever had shoulder pain in their muscle between their shoulder blade and spine which only hurts when they are not using it?
Mostly dull ache when I'm driving or sat down, like my arm weighs more than usual.
It seemed to appear after I fell off a hop up into through some missing floorboards and then carried on with the ceiling I was working on a few weeks ago. I have some ceilings to do this week and am thinking it could be daft to push it, but don't have another job to run to that isn't a ceiling....
