Silicone Render - where can I purchase a product like Weatherby System

Can anybody help me by telling me where I can purchase a product which is similar to the Weatherby Silicone Render which can be put straight onto brickwork without the insulation. The system looks good with the GRP mesh applied to the base coat and the primer and colour coat applied on top once the base has set. I cannot find it for sale anywhere and I assume it is only available through approved installers. Thanks Sullivan
