Just after some advice, how much can you expect on site for skimming only, all rooms will be fully boarded out already. I know this can vary from location to location but just after rough idea, cheers

but all depends how high

Staybridge hotel .... where in plymouth is that ??? I have never heard of it. I know troweltech did the jury's inn hotel in plymouth .... i was doing the sto outside.

the only lad i saw called richard was a old geezer from cornwall who did all the ceilings in bonding and finish mixed together
