For the past 3 months I have not touched a trowel due to me multi-trading. do you think you can lose you touch? if so how long do you you think it takes? also do you think my arm and shoulder will ache like a bitch after the first big ceiling I've done in a while??

Im multi trade too often dont plaster for weeks or months on end.Its like riding a bike,you wont lose ur touch.
