How does that work then?

B?eing employed and getting meterge work, i thought being empoyed you got an hourly rate, and picked up all the s**t.

We done the gala casino on the center a few years ago, and was getting £3.75 a meter on board, all 2.4, and each wall was about 40 meters, that was such a sweet job, on a good day we where doing 175 meters, but normarly about 150 meters.

The bloke use to pay every week sweet as a nut to.

We made some money on all the colums and bulk heads to, 3.75 a linear meter per face per side.

But only lasted about 4 weeks

I've employed lads in this way in the past and if they're the right sort of person it can work out well for both parties.

works great because then their holiday pay has to match what they have earnt bonus aswell

Yeah average of the 8 weeks before the holiday, works well as long as you don't get some lazy t**t that only wants to work hard for the 8 weeks and does bugger all the rest of the time.

2.00 - 2.50 at the mo is expected if you can get 3.00 thats better but thats pre recession money so think you be lucky
