Skimming old walls

Hey guys

New here so be nice. Stripped old woodchip wallpaper of the walls in my bedroom and was looking to get it plastered. Will this need one skim or 2? As getting a few different opinions off people who are giving me quotes.

Any thing else I need to watch out for?

2 coat always.. Make sure no paper left on walls. Pva or grit up then off you go ...

Depends what's behind the paper as to what will need doing. Nothing should require two skims. Maybe a backing plaster then a 2 coat skim. Or just pva/grit and a 2 coat skim.
Would always recommend getting at least 3 quotes and it's not always best to go with the cheapest because it's much cheaper.

Stetsons
Spurs
Chewing tobacco
Handlebar moustache
