the later on in the set the more of an angle you have the trowel, ie close for spreading out for polishing! if that's wrong then the last 7 odd years have been a mistake lol

have u ever had anyone show you how to skim daz? or are u trying to be compleatly self taught with a few tips off here??

when dry trowelling and wet trowelling how flat do you keep trowel to wall ???
As oasis would say....Ganna keep it simple, same angle as you lay it on with. All comes with together with experience.

self taught for six years been ok at it plastering just looking for more tips . i know i should know about how to trowel a wall just want to make sure i am doing it right. it s amzing because i was self taught the tips given on here i basicly used them when learning without giving it a thought for example when i plastered my first few walls and looked at them when dry i new there was something missing or not right ie wet trowel for less friction and timing the plaster just right which i didnot know so i had to ask and then used this information for my next job and it worked a treat .

your wrong andy its 14.8 and if you go .2 either way you will have to reskim the walls. ;D ;D ;D ;D. FFS who F cares , do what you have to do to make it work for you.

Yeah sorry you're Simply, I just checked my protractor and it's worn from regularly checking my trowel angle.
