Just switched over to sky from now tv. We were told we could keep our landline number. But we have a different number. They said sorry but it's gone and that's that. Said there is nothing they can do to resolve it. Wot can I do .wot would you do or say to them. It's going to be a real faff contacting everyone.

I'd tell them it was a business number and they're now losing you work everyday, and they'd better pull their finger out before you sue them for loss of earnings/business.

Edit I have no landline /wish I did not need the mobile tbh ....

I just switched from sky to talk talk, got the hub but no Internet for the past 2 weeks, but they managed to send the first bill wankers
