Try some extra time additive.
4 bags in one mix is flipping hard work mind you.
You might find you can do more mixing up smaller amounts and rolling your sets. You said before you was only putting on 3-4 bags a day, you said 30-40 mtrs. You could easy double that by rolling your sets and not do yourself in in the process. Hope that helps a bit.
