No not really , only if the walls are silly outa plumb or you gotta start noggin ceilings and stud work out etc , usual stuff

Make sure the drawings to scale and get the ceiling heights.

Don't put the £120 on top a this stage as it could just loose you the job, just quote the price you feel is right for the job but make it clear on the quote that extras will need to be charged if the walls are badly out of plumb or for anything out of the norm and allways visit the job before the day you're due to start. This way you can point out any noggin's that are missing or lecys not done correctly etc. this way the builder can get the appropriate trade to put their work right without it costing him a penny and it will also show that you know your stuff.

before you get a headache over it look at each drawing and fully understand it taking note's of velus windows etc etc.
I rushed pricing a job, got it and walked in today to find its all vauted ceilings !!
