Morning All,
Been looking round here for a while to see what you're all using internally to prep damp for plaster (I'm not a spread and not interested in trying it myself don't worry!)

Mainly now I'm looking for someone to S&C render a brick external of a terrace house I'm renovating in Highbridge before winter, I've got scaffold going up for the roof & render. Need advice about how you'd like it prepped. Biggest problem is no parking (carpark permit can be sorted) but i can get material in the house. Definitely need the rear of the house & courtyard walls doing, possibly the front. Please don't recommend silicone render, I hate the stuff.

I'm a decorator by trade. No newbies, sorry but I've seen too many problems, especially with render. Not asking for a price here (hate it when people do that!) But if anyones interested give me a shout, ground floor internal needs skimming but no rush on that. Pics attached... and yeah that is the gutter & facia hanging down lol

Cheers
Ben

This is in our area. I'd ballpark around 15k for front, back and courtyard walls for breathable machine applied render including scaffolding, labour, materials, waste removal.

Next availability Feb 2021. Let me know if you are interested via PM and I'll pop around to discuss all options.
