There have been a few navel gazing threads recently, which made me wonder if the time of year, workload, age or some other factor is causing the existential crises? Just seems unusual that so many are coming up around the same time.

Perhaps @Danny should create a 'meaning of life' section for the forum?

The meaning of life. I might have plenty of time to think about it in prison. Because when my wife comes back up to the bedroom she is getting it if she what's it or not.

Just saying like

Something in the air?

Your thinking to far into it mate.

Its @Danny making up random accounts and posting random threads to take our minds off the fact none of us have received our TPF mugs yet.

Make sure you do it prison style or you might end up with a 5th nipper

Not really, just curious about why it's going on.

I'm not belittling anyone's problems, but moaning about them on a random forum isn't really going to change anything. There are people worse off etc. etc. Not happy? Do something about it. If it doesn't work, keep trying.

Can't motivate yourself to try, then get some help with it. There is a lot of help available for people with depression, mental health issues, financial woes, or whatever the issue seems to be.

Lie I said, not making light of people's problems, it just seems unusual for so many to crop up together.

I'm sure some threads
Are created , so just to get a bite out of members , everyone piles in like a bar brawl...op never posts again lol
Seen it on various forums

personally i think the problems/issues that have been posted in recent weeks have always been there, .....what has happened is that one comment has sparked something off ,then somebody else opens up a little bit and so on and so on,....it can only be a good thing, people are talking frankly about personal issues, getting things said rather then holding it in,...a good form of therapy in a way.

The holiday blues has still kicked my coals in..................might be time to hit the bottle..........................carrot and lemongrass anyone?

I'd rather have a Mojito thanks. It must be healthy as it's got green sh1t in it. (y)

Wouldn't get this in Australia you pommie puffs. :birra:

Quite true, but I'd suggest they need to try a different approach to depression and addiction in Australia. The suicide rate there is just under double that of the UK, and the construction industry has the highest rate in Australia.
