Had a customer today who wanted me to soundproof some cavity walls between houses...because of tv noise. I've looked into wall panels + quilts from this company https://www.customaudiodesigns.co.uk/soundproofing.htm all look fairly straight forward to fix. Any1 used any of these products? recommend a supplier? what sort of day rate would you be looking at to fit these products?

cheers

you might be treading on thin ice here mate because theres loads of different systems and if miss poo face turns her telly up really loud the customer might still try blaming you ...........

to put a spanner in the works ive used parge coat.......im not sure if you could use it over old plaster, i used it on new build.......its the equivalent to a coat of s/c and goes on really tight 6mm take this with a pinch of salt ....maybe you could gypbond / parge coat and dab soundcheck boards over the top??????????
