Hi if I use 50mm by 50mm batten and use 15mm acoustic boards then put 12mm taper edge plaster board no top will this stop noise from next door in bedrooms

absolutely not lol, add to it 50mm acoustic mineral wool, resilient bars and you will reduce the noise
