Spraying what? Overnight scrape maybe? Or just spray.
not offering just curious.
Oli how do you scrape where the bell cast is you end up digging in to it surelyPersonally I don't think that panel would look that bad with a belcast along the apex (from soffitt) and another one a third of the height down ( basically broken into 3 panels of equal height) this would make it three manageable panels. Did a block of flats this way and that was the spec, looked pretty smart I thought..
That said I had someone off the forum spray a mono job for me ( a brand new primary school, had to be a standard) they did an awesome job.

Or do you do it with the I section
Agree with you bud, done thousands of metres of mono and every time wished we'd gone back to a a machine. We did a similar sized panel in monorex 2@1 in two days. Fair weather and good access but it was a slog. Hopefully won't be doing those types of jobs again if I can help itit would look fine,
but whats the point in having 3 of you on the job for 3 days, when 3 of you and the machine would get it done in a day.
Load it out ,so it is more of a wedge ,then a curveOli how do you scrape where the bell cast is you end up digging in to it surely
If a 2 + 1 spray gang did an average detached house would they normally do a side per day ??
No Arti, its all to do with handleability, some gangs will spray the lot on but you can only look after what youve got on,same as skimming really. If a 2 + 1 spray gang did an average detached house would they normally do a side per day ??
