Hi , if I changed the cap on the end of my gun from 14mm to a 10mm would it make much diference as trying to get a neater spray cheers advice welcomed .

You will get a much tighter spray pattern, but depending on what machine you have it maybe too small
On our Ritmo we use a 10mm cap
On our G4's we use 12's

You also want to make sure you are setting your gun correctly so that the airtube inside the gun is set at the correct distance back from the spray cap

Pull the pin out so you get a nice farting noise.having the material wet will also give you a nice wide ribbon.
