just had my other spread say he cant work for me from now on, got offerd loads of site work! and my lab is off for 2 weeks on holiday.. Fuc*ked me rite up.. feel like ringing up all the local speads to offer one a job!

unfortunately oasis thats part of running your own jobs, try to get as many plastering contacts as you can it makes it easier when this happens.

shall do! its sooooooo hard to find good staff at good day rates i had a reali gd spread at £120 a day and a good lab at £50 a day

prob is..if their good..thell be bagged by someone else or bag themselves if they got any savvy....way of the word.....train up a lab for instance then their competition......thats the way it goes.......or u can always stick to the mental challenged labs...which lets be honest aint worth your blood pressure going up......well im off to team up with me old mucker whos 58 today...no doubt he'll be riffeling thru the customers knicker draw as soon as shes gone out.....easy half day i expect ...but im sure ill be giggling like a girl throughout it......sun shining......summers here ...happy dayz
