what do you all think about um.. i got my'n about 5months ago as a new toy cuz i love to spend money..

dint use them that much but now i find i Can't do a ceiling with out um!
they are gr8 so quick to lay on a set!

got a few pics from the last few days of work been doin artex ceilings useing "bond it"

also i got a photo done for my web site(it (french word)ed down with rain so i was sockin wet! )

Go on then rip in to me! how should i be doin it!

i only know 1 other spread who does the edges first, and you should go to the doctors mate and get them big white spots on your back sorted

Stilts are straight , i`m bent though .Must say i was on some ladders the other day , and i`m 4 stone heavier than the limit for these ladders , makes you think when your balanced over a stair well .

Oasis...how u getting on with the m2 stilts ?
i got some stilts but havent used them in a long time as i find there a bit heavy and too rigid.
i been thinking about getting a set of the M2's like yours as there more adjustable and look more comfortable around the upper leg.
Any feedback will be appreciated mate.
Also do you use a tall spot board for stilts or get laborouer to pass up the gear to you?

I've got a huge bump on my head after not ducking low enough through a doorway while on my stilts yesterday. It hurts.

Cut some lengths of 22mm pipe , they sit nice on your stand when your on stillts , just lifts the board that 18 " or so , chuck them in the back of the van when not needed .

as for the spot stand just cut some skaff pole to size im 19 stone and on the stilits 3/4 days a week its all good as for the party,s why not but you dont need to dress up

ive just ordered the mag2 stilts waiting for em to come from usa 300 dabs must be mad but ive heared they are the best available at moment

Kebab king thats a fckuing great idea mate,my spot is square steel but im sure i could get a length and cut 4 pieces to size.

Most stands are around 15mm thick , so any 22mm pipe fits over the top.I`m not taking credit for this , my old Mate Minty showed me this .

Yeah i can see how itl work,shouldnt be a problem to do,igot some 22mm copper in lock-up so ill give it ago.
I think im gonna go back to the stilts as i gotta skim out a 5 bed bungalow in next few weeks over artex ceilings.13 rooms in total one same level no carpets £100 a ceiling.
I reckon on stilts i can blast it out in 3 days 4 max.if i go back on the stilts itl save me a lot of lugging around of planks hop ups etc.
I gotta do a good fast job as the guy wants the refurb finished in 7 weeks and i might get to tile and fit out the 3 ensuites and kitchen and paint it all also.
