Albanian. Applied for EEC membership in 2009. Might be on a site near you soon. Why didn't they build a hop up, instead?

Went to a site Thursday, h and s got him to remove all steps from site , seemingly not code a, they say on their site(h&s) that is that its a myth that ladders and steps are banned and if you write a manual of health and safety stats and risk assessments and method statements that then they will allow you to use steps as they have not stopped you in the first place but if you do not do all the paperwork then sadly you will have stopped yourself from using them, not them as they are all for common sense, but no shorts allowed on site ,not banned but if you can show why they are needed and are safer than long trousers then fine wear them as they are not fashion police,

But these would be okay? They're more like decorators trestles taped to your feet.
