stop beads

hi guys
i am doing a large ceiling next week by myself and i wont get it in one go has anyone use stop beads before if so are they any good and how do you use them? are they just called 3mm stop beads?

dont use them on a ceiling, either do it in one hit or feather it in in two

put some scrim on the ceiling instead of a stop bead, just work up 2 it, give it 2 trowels then just pull it down. leave a nice straight and flat line 2 work 2

dont use skim stops on a ceiling, they should only really be used where the angle is to great to get a skim bead on, back to back when forming an expansion joint or to like the inside of reaveals and such
