Hello, could you help me by indicating the procedure that can be used to make this type of stucco?

Were two tones used? With just one tone could I do something like this? How many layers do I have to do to achieve something like that?

Two colours, 3 coats- base coat , then first colour , let it pick, next colour. Run the trowel as it's your first time . Wax it.

The tiny bits of white is the primer showing through, is this a photo of your sample boards?
