Stuffed R/S

Hey Im at the end of my R/S the Little Ritmo starts fine mixes well but put a 15m hose on mud gets half way down the hose and its all over. Not much left to spray just wondering if i put a shorter hose on would it get me through. Ive pump tested 3 times today adjusted hauling bracket a bit as mixing shaft was jumping out. Has sprayed perfect the last few weeks but needs a service.....

Has the metal bit in the elbow under the r&s worn down to much? Paddle shouldn’t be jumping.

I did weld that on site but it jumped out bolts on hauling bracket are rounded off so I gave up there and troweled it on. Will get spares when builder pays
