Suppliers and people ......

.... really are the only things that make life/work difficult.

Ordered a full bathroom last week (shower, bath, basin, cabinet tap etc etc) Hadn't heard back from them with a delivery date so I rang them.

"The order hasn't been processed for delivery as we're out of stock of one item."
"OK. What is it?"
"The basin tap. We won't have stock until the end of November." o_O

So basically they're sitting on an order for a couple of grands worth of kit, that's needed reasonably soon, because they haven't got a fcuking tap!

I suggested the genius idea that they could just send the entire b4stard bathroom and cancel the tap. :nocausagracia: I'll get a tap from a supplier here tomorrow.

People are wankers, like websites and you order something and on the website it says it's in stock so you pay for it and then have to chase it up because all along it wasn't in stock and they basically just lie to you to make the sale, makes my s**t itch.

Good quote that’s sharp for you but no I flipped about prices phoned 4 different merchants for same quote on same products they range from £600,700 and £800 so I got the hump and left pity really as uptill then liked the customer experience of going Ccf

Is this the same company you have been blowing smoke up their arsed since day one? Did you find out once you checked your receipts or before you payed?

Who Ccf ? I got quotes for rend aid and chalk Weber mono , cheapest was travis at £600 yet it would of been Ccf who delivered it anyway so when i went in I asked what’s the story ? They huffed and puffed , I ended up walking out totally disappointed as usually they give me best prices especially on any thistle products
 
I never get beads off them though my matt has a link I go through him to get them in bulk online
