i was going to start a job tomorrow but found out i had to supply my own power ???.........have you lads ever had to?..........obviously exept for you caaaaaaaaaaaants with machines

really ive never had to supply power its always been on site ???..........is it the trailing lead thing or they just want us to pay for our own power ?

Ihavent come accross this only in Aus years ago when you had to supply, i know it dosent work as the builder holds the upper hand but as a subby you should dictate what you will supply and what you wont i cant believe some builders expect you to supply the plaster, oh yeah ile finance the job for £2.50 m2 labour.

so its ok to choke on exhaust fumes as long as you're not tripping over leads? health and safety my fcukin arrrrrse....

Yeah when house bashing........We always had to get a genny.........And run up down the stairs all day everytime you want a mix, which when floating is a ball ache

Almost always had to supply on new builds. I've got a nice deisel genny with only forty hours on the clock if you're interested Spunky.
