thoroseal was always best stuff but got expensive now..

last few years we have been using ka tanking slurry

You need a tanking slurry that is sulfate resistant, most aren't other wise you need to scratch coat before applying the tanking with a mix of sand and sulfate resistant cement.

Remmers sulfatex system is the one we use regularly.
