excuse my ignorance but never seen or done .i have a damp job to do and am i right in thinking if it s tanked its pretty full proof.how do you apply tanking etc etc cheers lads

make sure all the loose is off... give it at least 2 good coats..
instructions here..
https://www.permagaurd.com/myfiles/file/Damp Control/Permaseal Tanking Data Sheet.pdf

https://www.permagaurd.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=14
this is where the pdf is from, if you check out the damp products and look at the data sheets they give a list of instructions for use..

im guessing the injection is done by others.. if its getting injected and its above ground..
if not theres a bit more to it than just tanking the walls such as a bottle fillet to floor and floor sealing etc.. or even a different system altogether... if you let us know what the job is should be able to point you in the right direction even if its just dont touch it! ;D

If its vandex or some simalar type you have to sandwich it between render so put a coat of render on dont worry too much about how flat it is apply the tanking by brush (you usually need to have a fillet to the floor and coat that with vandex) when applying the vandex also try and stipple it so the next coat will have a key and then the rest is just normal float coat and skim :)

Also forgot to mention you cant apply the tanking the same day the first coat of render goes on so its a few days process best to render one day tank the next then top the day after.
