Terms and conditions on quotes

Hi
Does anyone out there give a list of terms and conditions with written quotes? I have started tp put them on mine and was wondering if any of you have had any feed back from them.

Firstly yes I do,

and I dont call them "Quotes" Estimates is what I use.

I say every thing must be out of room take no liabilty for damage gds if left in room

All lights and sockets need to be removed and made safe

radiators removed

sofas need if need to stay in room need plastic covers, If I supply cannot guaruntee against dust ect

Me too. mine also says I won't be responsible for the handiwork of others or sub standard materials.

Pretty much same terms and conditions as Danny's, not written down but stated s- l- o- w- l- y so the customer knows you mean it. If you end up having to move furniture, strip wallpaper properly etc etc tell the customer you'll charge silly money for it, but make they know before you start.
