Pretty standard, they just don't understand, not really their fault. Allways tell them it needs cleaned down when I price it.

I always state the paper needs to be off the wall this covers you enough for when you go back if standards ain't met then prices will be adjusted! Depends on customer if there old IL let it slide! Young bucks no chance your getting both barrels cnts!

I always tell them to leave the walls in a clean condition after stripping the paper, otherwise they half strip it and leave bits of paper everywhere.
