Got an irish guy who wants a job before he goes back to uni in a yr, tell him to get an NI then an utr no, he rings, books an appointment ,two week wait,turns up yesterday ,they have too many applicants so reschedule him 3rd November but say ring everyday ,there may be cancellations, these places are a nightmare to get through too,so when hefinallygets an NI no. He will have to apply and wait 4 weeks for an utr , they wonder why people go black market? They spend fortunes following benefit Dodgers,
