Re skimming a room that has already been skimmed by someone who I reckon must of put it on with his foot. I do hate going over bare plaster.

Very rarely do these as how do you know what if any bonding agent the last person did or didn't use?!

distemper ,artex that will peel,plaster that's blown,unsound backgrounds, asbestos, apart from that,anything..

It was 90% board work. Who ever did it was not even close to being a plasterer, luckily though it is reasonably flat but that's as good as it got.

i had the same problem last week the agent got a pal of his in to plaster a kitchen well thats what he should of done ready for the kitchen to be fitted cut the story short kitchen didnt get fiitted and i was called to sort it out i just love this its going to take all day to sort this out no problem just re skim and level up before any body eles sees it lol
