dont spend the weekend with the kids on your shoulders.
go to work monday and try floating walls you cant reach off step ladders.....fuucked my back.
go to work the next day put a busy day in thinking you'll be ok

now at home crippled.
cant sit or lie down without ceasing up.

so gone for walk with little fella.
walking seems to help

Stick a bit of white silicon over it and it’ll stop the water getting into the wood and won’t look as bad. You welcome.
