Anyone got a tuff phone. Cat,Dewalt, defender type shock proof, waterproof, dustproof super dooper phones?

Smashed another screen today so thinking it's time to get a tough phone

Vincey probably has one or has emailed Nike to make him one

Thanks in advance for all informative replies.

I bought my first mobile in, I think, 1994. A Nokia 1610.
Obviously over the years I've had plenty of new phones, Nokia, Samsung and Motorola, I've never broken a single one on site.
I even drove over the 1610 with an all terrain forklift.
What the f**k do you guys do to your phone's?

I've done 7 in two years, screens mostly, dropped one into a tub of pva, i buy a cheap smart phone from asda, £50 per time, the one I'm typing on is already cracked

Do you not stick a cheap screen saver on them?

I was checking your lake out earlier, is night fishing ok? I might take a drive once the weather is a bit warmer

If you mean a protective cover then yes but I have bad luck and if I drop them they always land screen to the floor:(
I have a thin glass screen protector and a flip case for my current Motorola. Dropped at least twice this week, no issues.

No problem if it's syndicate only, if you do fancy a guest in the summer though I'm clean and quiet so not much bother(y)

My phones are the most reliable and durable you can think off. First IPhone had it for 5 years without a scratch, got stolen from The changing room, the current is the same, but I never have it with me when working.

Now Farti this is the truth , my phone is iPhone 7 no protection or cover these 7 phones are dust proof and water as they are sealed units I’ve dropped it a fair few times still ok , but I do have 2018 plasterers trousers for storage of phone which does help , but tbh I try to leave phone in van while working so I don’t get distracted , if I need to film anything, normally pull out go pro instead
Hope this helps

First I had the Nokia, like Andy said, couldn't bust it. They stopped providing service to older generation phones so I got the Casio, they told me "military standard". I would bet people at the pub that I could drop it in a fresh pint, they could call it, and if I could take it out and answer or three beer was mine. I was quite crafty in my twenties. It always worked. I just upgraded from the Motorola G3 to the G5. Add a bit 50¢ rubber plug and it's dust proof, comes factory water resistant, I've inadvertently tested that, be passed with flying colors. Have a good padded flip cover and protective glass, but I think @Vincey's solution is best. I'm gonna try it more often.

I bought the G5 a while back, mainly because of the dual SIM capability and it's been bloody handy several times already.
Main SIM is an O2 on contract plus a pay as you go 3 SIM. So far I've not been without network from both at the same time.

I use otter box on my phomes and they are really good but the new s8 screen is curved and i dont hold out much hope

I think it’s excessive and somewhat vigorous porn use to blame for all the cracked screens and broken phones
