Unsure of what this is

Hello everyone. I have a house built in the 1890s and there is small signs of damp. I took these pics from under the floor boards and wondering what these are and what is best to sort it.

I believe I may need a new dpc.

Any advice would be great.

i live on the coast ....streams run underground everywhere here.
most new builds here are built using under pinning.
the grounds are bad....dig a metre down and you have a pond.
no water seems to come inside the house but we have the same under it.

You dont need a new dpc. its just salt

You need some air bricks or if you’ve got them make sure they’re clear inside and out get some air flow under the floor and it’ll be fine
