WBA and board finish questions plz quick reply..

alright lads iv got a room to skim 2moro iv been in to day and used bond-it all over the room i did the celing with multi ta day and like people say i find it goes a bit funny and sags a lil..is board finish reali worth tryin as iv only ever used multi ..thanks.

I only use board finish just think its much better, never have a problem with it unlike multi which always seems to come up on here with people having problems with it

i use multi on every job and never had a problem, got some of that bond it aswell, only needed to use it the once and it was sill wet the next day probably the moisture off the other walls i'd skimmed.not used it since

To me that bondit looks a bit on the lean side, I usually paint the whole wall with it using a roller, looks like you have drunk some and p issed it over the wall in streaks

that bit was brushed on thats y.. i do roller it on..why thould it be thicker? or just even? so boardy it is?

when i apply bond it i roller it on nice and even like you would paint..... maybe what you have done is fine .... dunno.

Let us know how you get on with the board finish, I have never used it, for some reason people talk about it like the plague down here !!

I used to "swear by" multi, not any more tho...
You really will think why didnt I use this before, I find it trowels up far better and I usual miss out 1 wet trowel cos IT DONT LIKE TOO MUCH WATER WHEN TROWELLING. Good Luck: Mark

wot happens when u use to much water?

you dont get much fat coming off, and too much water will give blister patches, which are a right arse to trowel out.
