Finally picked up the keys to our new flat today :-)

The first thing I did was end up in hospital when the garage door slammed on my head splitting it open... gave my neighbours a scare as I was slumped in their doorway...lol soooooo much blood... its all glued up now though and hurts like hell :D

So our new flat... the walls are in tip top condition and the lids @keithuk will need plastering but thats all the plastering downstairs we are going to need to do... typical!!

Expect lots of questions on stuff over the next 3 months :D

An no we paid about £15K above and beyond what its worth... but with the conversion it will be worth way way way more...

Also uncovered parkey flooring throughout the whole place...lol
 
Was that your first introduction to your new neighbours Danny when you turned up on their doorstep drenched in blood. Nice ice breaker

Nah we use to live in this flat before so know everyone quite well.... I had been in their place 30 mins before and as I left they said if you need anything just knock.... didnt realise it would be lots of tissue and a lift to hospital...lol

The hallway to the flats looked like someone had been massacred in there with bloody handprints all up the doors...lol

We dont know whether we want to keep the PArkey flooring... we kinder want to go underfloor heating....lol
