Might sound a stupid question mate but how come your lake is low with the amount of rain we’ve had? Is it still recovering from the dry (ish) summer? Weather forecasts for the next day reasonably accurate, for the next few days give a rough idea, for the following week might happen, two weeks will be a best guess, beyond that you might as well leave a fir cone on the dash. Anyone claiming to give a forecast a month or months in advance is talking complete b*ll***s.

Last year was the dryest summer on record, followed by a pretty dry winter, so the lake was already about 8in down on normal spring levels before the summer kicked in. Some lakes, both nearby and around the country are considerably lower than mine.Might sound a stupid question mate but how come your lake is low with the amount of rain we’ve had? How long will it take to recover? Is there a minimum level you need to worry about?Last year was the dryest summer on record, followed by a pretty dry winter, so the lake was already about 8in down on normal spring levels before the summer kicked in. He's fine, business as usual. Still can't get his 4rse out of bed in the morning, and the Transit turns into a pumpkin if it's not on his drive before it gets dark.
Thats every plasterer ive ever worked with!!!
It has actually come up about three inches or so in the last two weeks. Hopefully we'll get enough rain before next summer to fill it right up.How long will it take to recover? Is there a minimum level you need to worry about?
