Weber render

Hi all, I was just after a quick bit advice regarding weber pral H render. I have a coloured render job to do, however the wall already has a s/c scratch coat on it, I was wondering if it possible to go over the s/c, or will it have to come off?

if it is sound ,you can go over it ,or to be sure rendaid will be the best way ,but leave for 2/3 days before you mono ,best of luck
