Weekly rate for a labourer?

Just thinking about getting a labourer, school leaving age to train. Was wondering what's a fair wage to pay. Cheers guys.
 
40hrs 150 for a 16yr old to start and see how he goes maybe after a few mnths if hes grasped the mixxing well and the general days routine and can set you up clean up with out bing told consider a payrise. If you start them to high they will have nothing to work up to. So explain his wage and that you will review it over time and as he progresses
 
when i first started i was on £20 a day and the bloke explained as i learnt more, i would earn more. it gives you an insentive to do well, £30 a day for a 16year old is not bad. even though they can earn more in asda, but they have the chance to learn and work for themselves one day. a good labourer is worth their weight in gold. when i was a lab i tried to learn what tool the plasterer needed before they thought about it. makes a job alot easier when your not moaning at the labourer all the time. we've just got rid of our last one after 2 years. still couldnt keep up with us skimming and the bloke i work with is 64. we're staying as we are for now but as soon as her retires ill be getting a schooly.

first thing im going to do is tell him trowel is code work for my cock. then im going to ask him to grab my trowel for me ;)
 
95 a week is minimum for an apprentice. Puttin them into college gets you 2500 in two installments from the government. Pretty good incentive to take one on.
 
he was one of my best mates growing up. havent seen him much since we went to different secondary schools. still see his dad and sister all the time though. i know hes pretty good but dont really follow it. he used to be a nutter on the little pee wee's when we were kids.
 
Nice one steve :) Been following him for a few years. not literally :'( He's still nuts! Won world supersport (600cc) last year at his first attempt. Now he's in with the big boys. Reckon he'll do well. Same tracks but bigger bike. Gotta love the old pee wees!
 
is he competing with rossi or is that another step up yet? i remember we went to some race track to watch his dad race when we were kids and there was a dirt track next to it (dunno what the track was called). and we were jumping this couple having s*x in a dried out riverbed haha. we must have been about 9. his dad took me down the straight on the same racetrack doing a wheelie all the way. thats the closest ive ever come to riding a bike and i want to keep it that way!

Haha! jumping shaggers! Done a lot on bikes but you've topped me with that one ;D ;D ;D Rossi's in the premier class. Not much chance of cal gettin in on that.

Wrong all over mate but funny. Tell him to make sure your trowel is clean before he puts it away for you. :D
