Hi guys, i know nothing really about plaster but im doing some diy and hope you can help me out.
ok, so im stripping wallpaper in an ex council built flat from 1960. Unfortunately there seems to be a top coat over concrete? Which is bowing out and falling off in places. Id like to keep this to a.minimum if possible. Also, i can see joins in the top coat like joins in wallpaper. Almost as if it was put on in a sheet. Anyway i have included some pics to assist the diagnosis. Could anyone tell me what type of plaster this is and what's the best way to strip with minimal damage please?
Thanking you in advance
