Wet wall over tiles??

Looking for some advice I'm going to be doing my mums bathroom new bathroom suite.problem is that the walls are plasterboard and the tiles are going to be a nightmare to take of without bursting f**k out the walls so I'm thinking just ripping all the plasterboard walls down and renew it all. Or do you'd think I could pit blue grit over tiles and wet wall over the top of it has anyone done this before ??cheers

No need to blue grit if you get the right adhesive but, if it was my mothers hoose i'd be taking all the old boards off and doing a proper job of it

Ano think I'm going to just rip all the walls all out because I don't really want to take that chance . I was just wanting to see if it could be done .
