OK this is how it went

its SUNDAY iv booked a quick job in
board and skim a bathroom ceiling (v.v small about 1800x1300)

ok so first i try to add battons to the corner to make it a better job..

i find there is no room to add battons in this corner due to brick work ! made a mess and made it worse

then i realize iv only got one 1800x90 board

one short!

Then i knock the light out and am in the dark!

So i go off to get more board my makita torch and my brand new makita battery auto feed to help :-)

get back first thing i do it put my torch on and leave it in a nice hole on this block wall

It fell down a cavity! with a brand new battery on it! lithium! lx

then i cut the boards set the gun up
realize that i dint bring the f*uckin screws for it!!! back to the impact driver and screws

Then i get um up then get the skim on in good time polish up.

and then have to tell the customer what iv done with my torch i cut one of the blocks out at the bottom of there new wall with a grinder and get my torch (lucky) and then have to muck a new block in!

got there at 9am left at 3pm!!

was a 2-3hour job!

but he did pay cash (£165)

so all gd in the end and also gave a price for overboarding kitchen ceiling and other work..

wota day. wota t**t iv been ta day
 
we all get them fella......ive found if ive ever had a bad day...walk out have a roll up ( golden virginia only tho) have a cuppa get me brain back together then crack on.....if i dont do that it ends all pear shaped and ever decreasing circles...just gets worse...but at least u got notes and your tourch back...could have been alot worse......i remember one of my 1st jobs i had to break the van s window it was still running and keys still in it door slammed shut..this was at 7am..and the day just got worse from there...the customer cat jumped on the mix board got covvered started licking plaster off itself so we had to bucket dunk it otherwise poor thing would have got blocked up....glad the customer didnt see us do that.....lol we all have bad days mate its how you recover and get on with it...thjats what counts
 
i hate brakin or or losein kit! makes me mad.. but yea least it all ended well this time round.
 
i lost a good frend (old skool dewalt raido) 9 month back when i was on site as the f**k**g pollish fork driver stuck a pach of cellcons on top of it on the skaff what a t**t :'( i said my good byes as i throwe it at him l now got a maktia one love it ;D
