Id send it back as its bent the wrong way its a manufacturer issue and he should get a free new one. I know @Plasterers1StopShop do that regard any issues?? Ive had 2 refinas like your lads and my first one went all bent after about 12 month as thegauge of stainless is much thinner than normal hence the "flex" thrs why they dont last long but 4 months is pretty s**t and id be sending it back with proof of purchase if it were me ??

Saw the Refina super flex the other day for the first time, was going to buy it to give it a whirl, that is until I picked it up.....
Felt awfully heavy & clumsy. Don't think I'll ever be giving it a try.
By contrast, I saw the spat with pole, and that felt beautiful, very light and felt easily manoeuvrable, obviously the negative against the Eze is the interchangeable blade, but that apart it felt nice.

Back to op, would the bend matter that much with a flex? As soon as you put it on the wall it'll be flat?

Refina spats are flimsy and the eze much better but admitedly heavier and with interchangable blades its the best as far as im concerned

May well be too flimsy when in use Marshy, I don't know, just felt nice and light. I'd probably bend the pole lol
