Windows going in first week of next month. Will have to do more than get a new downpipe, as the local tossers that can't handle their drink goes and kick it off on their way home from the pub!! :-\

Sort your rain water issue and get painting, pliolite exterior paint, it'll come up sound, your render is not hanging so just give it a brush up!

move it to another position its causing you problems if it not loose give it a lick of paint.

Paint would make it look nice , if your planning on staying put give it a nice rub back, it would look mint.

can get a metal shroud for the bottom of drain pipes to protect them, they dont look good but neither does what you have.

I would paint the walls and see how it looks.
