Never used WBA can someone explain it's uses and is it like pva?

Use on low suction backgrounds such as concrete. Apply like pva with a roller or brush. It's coloured, so you can see where you put it on, also only needs one coat. A lot of similar products, with diferent drying times. WBA is made by knauf and takes 2-4 hours to dry, where thistle bond-it takes a day

it's got silicon in it too - so it's got a good mechanical key as well as a chemical one
