What type of render is this?

Hi guys,

I need to fix few marks (caused by scaffolding) and some drill holes of the external render of my property.

The property was renovated less than 2 years ago by the previous owner, but I don't have the specs of the product they used for the render.

The render has a bright yellow finish, with a "sandy" texture and when scratched it looses (quite easily) yellow grains. It seems that in few points the scaffolding "flattened" the texture - so the color is still there but the texture is (almost lost)

I've attached some pictures.

Assuming I can find the product, is it possible to paint small areas without repainting the whole house?

Thanks!

Looks like a monocouche but wouldn’t be able to say which one tbh , very hard to patch

My money would be on monocouche, k-rend, Parex, Webber or the like. Can’t see any fleck but could still be k-rend, possibly polar white or ivory, Parex 300... it’s quite difficult to patch the marks you’ve described without cutting them out and refilling but without knowing which colour it is & with the best patcher you’re still going to see the defects. The manufacturers do do a colour matching paint (equaliser) for there products but it’s not perfect because of all the variables due to scratching stages, prob just me being anal.

Thank you all for your answers.

As mentioned I have two different "issues".

I want to move the doorbell to a different location, so I need to close some holes (8mm) and fill the main hole that was behind the doorbell (about 5 x 10 cm). Is there any product I can use for it? If not, this is a small side wall (30cm * 2m) so I don't mind redoing it.

The second issue is showed in the attached picture: there are spots (only on the the front of the house) where the texture of render is flattened/damaged. Not a big deal but it is a pity because it ruins the overall look.

I suppose this would require some expert to look at it and give me a quote. I am open to suggestion if you know specialists in London (SE). So far I've asked few local builders and decorators but they had never seen this type of product and I have already had enough bad experiences with "cowboy builders".

These flat spots are misses where the surface hasn't been opened.
Trouble is with trying to scratch them now is they will go lighter in colour,a bit like when you scratch concrete.

My monies on k rend mono.

Can see loads of misses. Also the odd spec of shiny.... which means k rend for me.

As for the colour hard to tell without seeing it in person.

K rend do an Ral number so you can paint match I think (if it is k rend.) We had to get some knocked up for some job we were on where the customer wanted to paint the existing render to match our newly applied mono.

Thanks for all the inputs. Unfortunately the location is on the side of the front door, hence the house number wouldn't be visible.

In case I decide to redo the whole front of the house, to cover all the flat spots - what do you anticipate would be the cost? Can they do just one final hand on top of the existing render?
